I think it's not just a budget car, it's a good price. I noticed ang mga brand new car sa mga kilala na brand parang na over price na mga material nito pero not so good quality ang iba materials at hindi pa complete ang mga features and design.

Think it beats the Geely GX3 no? plus 120,000 kms warranty is superb. Shame the roof bars are non-functional if I'm not mistaken. Always a compromise somewhere at this price.
Thats a beautiful car. But I was kinda disappointed in your review because you didn't show us how it drives on a highway. I want to see its full power on a wide open road like NLEX. I wonder if theres an MT variant?

I visited one showroom. I really find this 2 Pro good for me. But I felt the door hinges kinda need force to fully open or close, otherwise it'll stop in the middle, mid-open /mid-closed. Other units weren't like that. I wonder if its only the display unit or common to sa 2 Pro na mabigat ang doors?

Hi! Do you happen to remember how the CVT works on this Chery from a stop position? Does it react and accelerate immediately like a standard torque converter box or is there a delay like on some AMT style transmissions? Looking for a CVT with immediate acceleration. Many thanks
Hi, all CVTs have a creep function... you will notice under normal driving no gear changes is the only difference. Under excessive hard driving it simulates gear changes or in manual mode. But as far as your question... the CVT does creep like a normal torque converter transmission with imediate acceleration when you floor it.
I wasn't sure if it was just me or the cockpit of Tiggo 2 Pro feels cramped. Could it be due to the new layout of its dashboard? Supposedly its driver oriented where the infotainment and knobs is slightly facing the driver.

How about the Quality of this build. Chinese Auto makers come & go. Seldom do they stand by the warranties. Chery has the 2 tier warranty; one warranty for the motor train ( 10 years / 1 million km's) The #2 general warranty on the rest of the cars get 5yr/ 150,000 km. Chery disappeared from the Philippines for 10 years & left quite a few buyers hanging. Now back for 3 years who says they won't do this again.
