It's actually quite smooth. Kemah Boardwork actually spent about $1 million I believe in 2019 to retrack this entire ride, and it has done wonders. They've also retracked the ride many years ago to actually help the ride's pacing and roughness issue. Back in 2007, when Boardwalk Bullet opened, the ride's constructors, Martin and Vlemincxz, did not build this ride to the best precision and rushed its construction. For that reason, the track gauge was not consistent, the track was poorly built, and felt much rougher, and led to a lot of speed issues where the trains would actually valley. Overtime, Kemah Boardwalk has retracked the ride consistently to ensure the profiling was much better and that the speed issue would be resolved.

Not suppose to have your phone out during the ride. Person at Panel and at Dispatch were supposed to stop the ride before sending it out to let you know. I am one of the former Lead/Supervisors. Just letting you know man. Had to many people loose their items on the Bullet. Great POV shot but you have to have permission from Higher ups to get POV Shots. That’s just Landry’s INC Rules, it protects you and the Guest from Injuries. Gravity Group and Martin (M&V) already have POV Shots on UA-cam. Plus theme park Reviews and Travel Channel have done POV shots already with permission
Josh Brown to me, he had gotten permission to do custom videos on the ride if it was professionally done they would have went ask up in the administration building from one of the higher ups then it’s a yay or nay on that issue. Just like when Travel Channel came up at the Bullet to do filming they had to ask for permission and it was a yes. As Ride Operators we had to sign a waver. And all Video was shot. POV shots, First hand shots, back POV, you name it. It just depending on the situation. But when you have people that do this and decide to take their cams on the ride and just video tape it throws into question of safety! Because you may be taken a video but when it flies out your hand and hits someone in the back at 60mph then that not an Oops moment! That’s like you just f*ck Up moment then we as Operators have to deal with a guest situation because you decided to take your phone out and take video and the phone hits someone behind you because of your actions. Might I remind you of the accident at Rockin Roller Coaster when someone took a phone and Selfie Stick on the ride the the phone hit someone at 80mph knock them out. Now Disney bans that. Also CP’s Steel Vengeance has a Strict Rule on Cell Phones and Go Pros. Just have to think of Safety. It’s cool to have fun but don’t abuse the rules because one day you could end up in a fight with someone else behind you on the ride because you took out your phone to video and you know what happens. Just plan and simple if Administration building is open go and ask.
Josh Brown ok I will sum it up for you, if he really did ask permission. The higher up managers and also the GM Of The Park would be up there making sure that everything was ok. That’s if he had ask for permission. Not only that the Ride Operator and Dispatch Operator would be aware of what’s going on.
Dominick Menifee too small and compact. The Coaster was designed by Gravity Group and Built by Martin (M&V) it’s design within one City Block. So of course if they did RMC it would be better but it’s so compact that they would have to redesign it
Dang this coaster looks so rough and awesome at the same time
Rode this yesterday. It's actually quite smooth
It is just fast and hard to keep a straight camera but it’s smooth
Around a week ago I went on this and I was trying to talk but my voice felt so low

Travis Cyprien How do you know he didn’t ask for permission?

Travis Cyprien So how do you know that he didn’t sort it out with the park before?
RMC

Travis Cyprien id be okay with that lol even tho I did enjoy it
Nah, I feel like this looks too good to be RMC’d. Plus, if they did need to do change it up, they should just hire GCI.
I don't it needs RMC, GCI, timberliners, or even a Gravity Group refurbishment. I like this the way it is.
F rmc they will NEVER touch this masterpiece!
