  • DIY electric bike laps from DCB's personal backyard playground on an Electro and Co. QS138 kit with the Don Cox touch. Pops (65+) continually tweaks on his ECRF design and the bike just keeps getting better and better. For riders of a certain age, electric dirt bikes could very well be the future: Much easier to operate than traditional internal combustion machines, hopefully they can keep more and more riders enjoying their time on two wheels. With no clutch or gearbox, riders can focus on proper body positioning, braking, momentum, and line selection more than ever.
Anyone with patience, above average fabrication skills, and ingenuity can build an electric dirt bike like this...Simply seek assistance from those who have already completed builds, check out the growing information available online and in forums, then plan your project accordingly.
