So participation in this program is entirely dependent on whether the patent owner wants to participate? What happens if they don’t? Do the allegedly infringing products stay down or are they put back up?
The reason I ask is that I have a product that I *know* doesn’t infringe and I’d easily win in this process. My fear is that if I can’t force this neutral evaluation process then I could lose simply by their failure to participate, leaving a DJ as my only option. I think they’d know I’m not infringing (and would definitely find out if they consulted an attorney) and simply refuse to invoke this process.

If the patent holder refuses to participate, Amazon will likely not remove the listing. Has Amazon notified you that there is a patent problem with your product? -john

Amazon Customer support service is useless, they have no resolution and have no information, Amazon should sopt these services and save the wastage of money
