The VRH 0300 can form balls of 8-14mm. It consists of an MFT 0300 molding machine that forms a dome which then falls into the KRM. A ball is formed by rotation. The fully automated production process saves you time and effort. It produces approx. 600 kg/h on a working width of 295mm. The output depends on the size of the product.
The machine is characterized by its double function: The MFT can produce products with a flat bottom and the ball rolling machine rotationally symmetrical ones such as balls, eggs, cones, etc. Thus, a wide variety of shapes can be achieved.
The machine was developed for sticky mixes such as marzipan and fondant, but it also shapes date and protein mixes without any problems.
