To give the excuse that their unsure whether the information given to them from an unknown source was reliable or not and just made them present it to the court is just beyond stupidity! I feel like before you present an evidence, you should check first if the given information is real or not. That's like the most basic thing that you actually learn from law school if I am not mistaken.

Incompetent ang ibang senators dyan pagdating sa Impeachment Trial, yung iba dyan nagiging political nalng imbis Quasi Political and Quasi Judicial, dapat lawyers nlng ang pwedeng mag sumali sa trial.
Natural na yun since some of the senators pay their way to the rankings.
Most of the good attorneys out there wouldnt stand a chance to them.

Fake yung documents, why?? Kahit wala pang utos ng Psbank officials yun. Pag kinclarify nila yun, yung nagbigay na anonymous ang magkakaroon ng kaso. Because that is a form of criminal act~

The thing is, if a criminal case is not raised in the SC, you will not find any decision there regarding the case. Even if it was raised in the SC, the SC sometimes resolves cases in minute resolutions, which are rarely published. There is no central repository of RTC, MTC, MeTC, and MTCC decisions.
After being called out on their claim, FactCheck_PH then tweeted a Disclaimer that says "[d]ue to some irretrievable materials including limited online records we MAY be imprecise with our claim." In other words, they know they might be wrong. However, still they did not delete their post and has now resorted to crowdsourcing, saying, "If so you are aware of any helpful information, kindly tag us! We'll be glad to check or correct our claim if necessary."
It says a lot about their fact-checking capability.
Update: FactCheck_PH's Twitter account no longer exists. They have now posted an apology through another one of their accounts, factcheckPH_AE.
