I think a lot of the ladies get the hair for free for purposes of the videos and to mention the company’s name. The hair is expensive especially for us ladies with thick long hair. There is always an alternative. Amazon for the Win lol
I ordered 12 inches in natural black, they sent me 14 inches of #350 which is like an orange red color. I have sent them 2 emails and tried contacting them via WhatsApp and nothing as of yet. What a terrible company. $176 and I need wither my money back or the right hair sent.
