신축 입주하는 부천일루미스테이트 아파트단지 둘러 보기 Bucheon Illumistate Apartment

2월 28일부터 입주를 시작한 신축 아파트인 부천일루미스테이트 아파트 단지를 둘러 봅니다. 현대, 두산, 코오롱이 컨소시엄을 구성하여 시공이 이루어져 일루미스테이트란 이름이 봍여진 부천일루미스테이트 아파트는 총 4개 단지의 4,000여 세대로 이루진 대단위 아파트 단지로써 1, 2단지 사이에 범박초등학교가 있고 3단지 앞에 범박고등학교가 있으며 인근에 부천대학교 소사 캠퍼스가 있는 등 학세권의 환경을 지니고 있습니다. 계수·범박 구역 재개발 사업의 일환으로 지어진 부천일루미스테이트 아파트는 총 37개동 3,7824가구로 구성된 매머드급 대단위 아파트단지입니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Bucheon City, Gyeonggi, Korea. As the name of apartment is Bucheon Illumistate, it was constructed by Hyundai Construction, Doosan Construction, Kolon Global. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from Feb. 28, 2023. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
