Abhi basic implant karke bad mai costly processor laga sakte hai

Yes u can upgrade but You need to check which processor supports your implant.

I think you are taking about Dr Miland Kirtane.We also thought of him..but in Pune K.E.M is more easy for us as it is a prolong treatment.
