- Long term review of my motorcycle Pulsar 135 LS.
Addition: I forgot to tell about chain sprocket life, which is very good till date, it hasn't worn out even half at 15,000 km, so it will easily cross 30,000 km. Gearing ratios on this bike are very good, they are perfectly spaced.

Thanks for such a lovely comment! I repair this bike myself and post all repairing videos explaining stuff in detail.
For seat cushioning you can put some foam below the seat cover. It will give you some respite.
For rear view mirror problem, your bike has Pulsar 150's mirror and not Pulsar 135's mirror, replace these mirrors with Pulsar 135's mirror.
For Disk brake jam problem, there is a pad spring plate fitted below the brake pads. Make it completely flat.
For headlamp focus problem, adjust headlamp beam.
Actually I didn't want to modify seat because I'd have to open it and find good quality some foam.
I'll check rear mirrors from some other bike, like dominar or something if they fit on mine. I'll also put a video on that as well.
I have checked caliper, but it has sticky pistons. I'll change its oil seals later on.
Nah focus ain't problem, headlight bulb has less wattage and nothing can be done for it.
I too own 2010 135 ls n using it since nw.. no issue are their except vibration...
No leakage... No front wheel jam issue due to brake calipers..
I have split seat version n comfort is very good for rider...

Mine has spent 3 years with me, gotta say, pulsar 135 is hands down the best and most powerful bike in 135cc segment. It rides like a sports bike due to 4 valve engine! It simply loves to rev and even at top speed, it doesn't shake!

Nahi dost, aho (always headlamp on) hai is bike mein. Aap mechanic ko kehke headlight ke liye switch lagwa sakte ho.

Switch assembly 600 rupay ki mil jayegi aapko genuine bajaj ki.
I'm having this bike since 2014. One major problem which I'm facing is water gets inside fuel tank from tank cap. My tank got rusted from inside. I'll suggest you to put a fuel tank cap. There are many videos in youtube regarding this problem.
True! I have heard about that problem lately as I wasn't aware about it earlier. I generally don't ride regularly in rains, also after washing I try to dry motorcycle properly to prevent rusting. Area under fuel tank is weird, you cannot clean it much, otherwise debris will fall in the fuel tank, and you can't prevent water entry there as well.
Thanks for bringing this to my notice, I'll take care of this problem as well and try to prevent rusting, otherwise replacing fuel tank costs a bomb.

Mera travelling daily ka average 80 km hai us hisab se best engine oil konsa rahega. Over heating na ho aur smoothness bhi rahe.

after continusly pulling bike 70-80 km/hr,suddenly feel my oil supply cut.but there was enough fule in tank and after it i put fule supply reserve it start then after some time i put it on swich from resurve but then their was no missing feel .why this occrd.
Fuel tank can have some debris inside, check fuel tank for any debris or rust or something, check fuel cock and its filter as well. Do check electrical connectors of ignition system like spark plugs, cdi, rectifier, ignition coils, etc. for any loose connections.

Bro aap sabse pehle chahte kya ho bike se? Speed and mileage ke liye bajaj, smoothness ke liye honda, TVS is similar to Bajaj, and Hero is good for daily beater. All are reliable brands, bas spares dhoondhna tough padta hai Indian market me thoda.

Some of the things can be disregarded, but the brakes and tires are the essential parts, other than that, I think this is alright!

40k should be ideal, given that it is 7 year old model, though not having much odo reading. Originally it was sold by bajaj for 70k.

Can't say, but with some modifications you can. Rear tyre hugger costs around 600-700 including mounting tube, flap, bolts and washers. Harder thing is to find this in a Bajaj service center, they simply aren't interesting in selling spares.

Head gasket new lagalo. Jo bhi parts lagao genuine Bajaj ke lagana, aftermarket parts se dikkat aati hai.

Dost meri is video ka part 1 dekhiye, usmein achai bhi batai hai maine.
But there is a major problem with this bike is clutch cable , it becomes more hard and tight to press after used , some gear problem is also there other Wise no serious problem with this bike ,except gear problems and clutch cable
Gears can get hard to slot and clutch is tricky to set, but once set properly, gears are butter smooth (at least in my case) though I agree that clutch is very hard on this bike. But I wouldn't call it a major problem in any manner.

Bike has done how much 40,000 or 15,000 km??? Well it all depends on the owner, observe him, his stuff, if he takes care of himself, he will also take care of his bike. Besides take some good mechanic with you to test it properly.
It's done only 15000km and is 3 and half year old... Getting it at 40k... I m asking you as you have used it well for about same time
15,000 kilometer is pretty good, 3 years, at 40,000 rupees, hmm price should be around 30,000, rest depends on the condition. How does the bike look??? I am asking about condition about the bike.
Paint looks good .... No dents... n engine is smooth atleast for test drive... Cost even I feel is a bit high .. is there a major rehaul that needs to be done for LS 135
You give him your offer at under 35,000 rupees, because it will need an overhaul at 20,000-35,000 kilometers, which will easily cost 10,000 rupees. How soon it depends on how hard it was pushed. I ride my bike at 110-120 kmph on long routes, and my engine needs another overhaul before 25,000 km. I also did one at 13,000 km, so you can understand it all depends on how hard and fast someone rides. Just make sure there aren't any weird sounds or noises, because noises indicate wear, and worn parts will need replacement.

Mileage toh 50-65 kmpl ke beech de deti hai, par ab yeh bike nahi milti kyonki model 2018 mein hi band kar diya tha Bajaj ne. Second hand market mein mil toh jayegi lekin condition achi dekh kar lena, kyonki ab is bike ke spare parts pehle se mehenge kar diye hai Bajaj ne.

Bhai police pakdegi toh zaroor! Kyonki LED door se hi dikh jaati hai, aur police ko hum sab ache se jaante hai ki vo paisa kamaane ka mauka kabhi nahi chhodti.😂🤣 Waise HID light bohot better hoti hai, bohot bright hoti hai vo, lekin saari dikkat legality ki hai bro. Kuch states mein bohot zyaada strictness hai fog lights and head lights ke liye. Recently West Bengal police ne bohot saare bikers ki fog light hatwaai thi.
Uttarakhand mein fir bhi allowed hai bright lights kyonki wahan street light bohot kam hai aur forests bohot hai.
आप हेडलैंप की बीम को adjust करो। दोनों बीम सड़क पर पड़नी चाहिए।

Engine exhaust mein smoke check karo full rpm mein. White ya black smoke aye toh engine service maang raha hai. Ride karke clutch aur acceleration check karo. Kick se start karke compression check karo. Baaki frame aur wheels dekho, kahin accidental damage toh nahi hai.

Har 2-3 saal mein gaskets change karlo, and kisi ache mechanic se karwaao, nahi toh leakage bada dega vo mechanic. Jo bikes kam chalti hai unmein oil leakage kam hoti hai, meri bike high speeds pe chalne ke waje se jaldi oil leakage karne lagi.
Bro second hand cheeze ki condition pe depend karta hai. Personally maine apna kai samaan OLX pe sell kara hai, and saare buyers ko maine acha working product diya, unko samaan test bhi karwaata hoon main before purchase. Toh jisse bhi aap le, agar vo bike check nahi karara, then bike mein kuch fault hai, ek genuine seller ko koi issue nahi honge bike check karaane se.

भाई को नमष्कार 🙏 एक बात बताए हमारी बाइक जो कि डिस्कवर 150cc है 60 की स्पीड से ऊपर भगाते है तो ऐसा लगता है कि बोहत स्ट्रगल कर रहा हो इंजन मतलब वाइब्रेशन बढ़ जाती है सुई तो 60 से ऊपर उठ जाती है पर इंजन की आवाज भी बोहत बढ़ जाती है वैसे हमने कभी बाइक को 60 से ऊपर नही चलाया पर अगर कभी जल्दी होती है तो 60 से ऊपर पता नही क्यों गाड़ी दबने सी लगती है मानो इंजन में दम ना हो जबकि क्लच प्लेट में कोई कमी नही है ओर दूसरी बात ये की अगर आप कभी सिलेंडर बोर करवाते हो .25 नंबर का तो आप पिस्टन को सिलेंडर में थोड़ा लूज राखवाओगे या फिर हल्का टाइट ओर क्यों ओर एक बात वो ये की आप कार्बोरेटर से जब माइलेज सेट करते हो तो एयर स्क्रू को हाफ हाफ चूड़ी खोल कर सेट करते हो और अगर इसी तरह से आप एयर स्क्रू को सेट करते हो तो आप कितना चूड़ी खोल रखा एयर स्क्रू को बाते तो बोहत सी है जिनको पूछना है पर कही आप बुरा ना मान जाए इसलिए एक दो कर के ही पूछते है
Main cylinder kit poori hi nai lagana pasand karta hoon. Reboring mein dikkat rehti hai, ya to loose ho jayegi yaa fir tight, itni baareeki se fit karne ke liye aajkal acha karigar dhondhna mushkil hai. Rahi baat aapki bike 60 kilometer se oopar jaaneki, iske liye kuch batein aur bataani padegi aapko, jaise bike kitni chali hai, last kab service hui thi aur kya service hua tha, cylinder kit kab badli thi???
@@M-DIY बाइक 55 हजार चल चुकी है अभी तक सिर्फ हेड में ही काम हुआ था बाकी इंजन में ओर कोई काम नही किया और जबसे हेड का काम किया है तब से स्पार्क प्लग की जो थ्रेड होती है उसपर इंजन आयल लगने लगा है इंजन आयल पहले भी घटता था और अभी भी घटता है जबकि सफेद धुंआ नही दिखता है पहले भी नही आता था कार्बोरेटर को हाफ हाफ चूड़ी कर के सवा दो चूड़ी खोल रखा है अगर में अपनी बात बताऊँ तो कार्बोरेटर को सेट करना मुझे बोहत बड़ा टास्क लगता है ओर इस बाइक के कार्बोरेटर के बारे मो भी बोहत जगह पूछा कि कितनी चूड़ी पर सेट होता है कोई कुछ बोलता है कोई कुछ अगर हो सके तो आप इतना बता दो की 60 से ऊपर बाइक जो भागने में दिक्कत करती है वो क्या दिक्कत हो सकती है ओर ऐसी कौन सी चीजें है जिनकी वजह से स्पीड वाली दिक्कत हो रही है
Spark plug pe oil ko theek karne ke liye spark plug sleeve ki o ring badalni padegi. Baaki engine compression check karvake dekho: ua-cam.com/video/QKyOBDw8dMc/v-deo.html isse aapko zyaada jankaari milegi. Rahi baat carburetor ki setting ki, ispe video banaunga main baadmein.

@@M-DIY in my bike i have shift all 5 gears within around 34kmph. And there is vibrations at or above the speed of 54kmph. What should i do. Please help.
It's 2010 Nov. Model only 36,000 km run
Most probably this vibration issue is not due to engine oil, as speed of 54 kilometers is nothing for this bike. Resonance vibes are between 77 to 84 kilometers or at around 6k rpm in a healthy pulsar 135, other vibrations arent there.
So my guess is that your engine needs some servicing. Please elaborate on the the services your bike has been through.

@@ashishkaparwan5069 it is a good oil. I used it in the past. But it doesn't last long, like 7100 does. I'll do an engine oil comparison video soon.
Mirror jo lag k aaya hai woh bajaj pulsar 150 k hai. 135 k alag aate hai...
Showroom waalo ka aisa hi hai. Kabhi baadmein bade waale mirrors lagaunga.

Bike ki speed below 100-105 kmph rakhiyega, fir aap kaafi lamba chala sakte ho, aur koshish kare ki engine oil semi synthetic ya synthetic daliye taaki engine ki life bade

Haanji, 80kmph bilkul safe speed hai long distance ke liye. Waise mein long distances pe 110 kmph ki speed maintain karta hoon, lekin vo risky hai auro ke liye, lekin main apna engine repair khud karta hoon toh isiliye mujhe dar nahi hai.

Heavy foam wala seat cover lga lo.
Is model ka sest cover hi thoda mushkil se milta hai, toh foam waala cover dhoondna padega. Thode mote logo ko shayad seat hard na lage, but mujhe toh lagti hai, even meri cycle ki seat is motorcycle ki seat se se zyaada comfortable hai 🤣
