Well once you get it once, the bump itself goes away but chance are you will continue to get them. They are infections but genetics play a role. It’s not just as cut and dry as using “tester makeup” and getting a stye. I’ve been getting them since I was 12 years old (like once a year), I’m a complete germaphobe. I don’t even hug people.
