while im only new to your content - what would you say about the flow of the energy of the feeling of pressure throughout a person's system for the assumption that a person smokes because they want emotional breaths of fresh air, or a person binge-eats because they're trying to get rid of the pressure of feeling empty. I'm assuming that those two feelings are closely related and can at least be somewhat mitigated by making yourself feel sighs of relief for no reason (at least with smoking) and press/releasing specific places in specific organs in a specific circuit in order to deepen that feeling of relief through the specific emotional circuit present in every smoker that feels like they have so much pressure they need to relieve those feelings in the first place. I don't smoke although i don't have the community that I would otherwise want that are in Sheffield (the parkour community or an esoterically-oriented one like the light language online community; although preferably in real life; that I've spent half of my life in). I'm assuming the energy organ path for the feelings is along the lines of starting from the entry point of the large intestine -> gallbladder -> kidneys -> out the exit point of the kidneys. I also don't know what to look up for this and am really weighed down so I'm mostly unable to just keep searching for a direct answer. I'm combining this logic with a 128Hz tuning fork because it's a tuning fork that gets a person the most bang for their buck in relieving stress.

Ok, I know where you’re at because I’ve been there. Take a breath. Take a step back. You’re on the right track, but you’re overthinking it. I would shift your study to the chakras instead of meridians. Think centers/sections instead of lines/paths.
Yes, sometimes emotions and symptoms can be a one-for-one association like what you’re describing, but not always. Listening to the person, and not just the historical pathways of pain/disease in the body, is important. Make space for the process and everything will eventually come to the surface. Don’t try so hard to figure it out. The body and the client just want to be heard, felt, experienced, and held in a safe space through the work that reflexology facilitates so well.
      Does that make sense?

@@SamBelyea Thank you for replying and thank you for saying You've been there, I found the stuff that I was saying about pressure relief really damn useful in previous hospital visit well I dislocated my shoulder which I have right now because it was 4 days ago And I didn't have any painkillers throughout the entire thing Except from the last part where they had to give me the second least power for form of pain killer for basically sedating my nervous system so that they could click my arm back into place, other than that I had to use my relief placebo which automatically just came to be useful on lung and large intestine meridian lines, Which basically cut out the most of the pain from the 2 1/2 hours that I had to wait which I could have otherwise been flopping and vomiting all over the place with no exaggeration because I was before I applied that placebo at the beginning my initial feelings were tiffed just go to sleep and and I was getting nauseous, The relief placebo made it very easy for me just to remain in a basically monotonous state the entire time and laugh off any times where people around me just made me angry and consequently returned me back to the neutral state after I left it off. By the way all this text is coming from a university microphone dictation so if there are any mistakes then blame the microphone. Thank you for what you're saying there well yes there's thinking that the cogs like the simple cogs to changing something called modality and sub modality in non aggressive programming might be in reflexology zones regarding making aspects of an emotional experience it's different and adjusting the sense based triggers for it, I am going to take your advice and when I'm applying your content because I think I'm inevitably going to use your advice and methods on my mom, because of course your way much more damn experience than me . I think it might be that your Saying to just trust the processes going to be really the only practical time when a person can say with full practicality just to trust the process and perhaps to feel what's right- Usually I'm not able to do that because apparently according to David Snyder- most of the energy workers in the field are very ineffective because they only rely on feeling what to do instead of really just knowing the practical steps of what to do. because I know that you know fully what you are doing through each organ you're basically the only one that I can trust at the moment for saying to just trust the process and and have things right to the surface otherwise, with other people, you can't do that because the contents just way too sensationalised and vague. again thank you so much for applying not because not a lot of people have quality replies and I may need those soon in the future to help manoeuvre what could be very complex system with my mum but I'm going to start out with of course the basic methods to simplify things for me and also to reduce the risk the most and I'm pretty sure the basics are going to make my mum feel wonderful anyway. How would the information that you have on youtube differ from what's in the books because unless your books are in audio book form I won't be able to read them

The books have similar information as the practical videos. I just get to go over the fundamentals more in the books, but the concepts are the same.

@@SamBelyea thank you for teling me! i was following along to the instructions of ur latest vid today and even though i know i didn't get everything right (granted half of the time i didn't have the ability to use my right hand because the right shoulder's recovering from being dislocated), my Mum said it felt like she was with a professional and it felt wonderful again! she started looking into ur book and it'd be great if she read it because then she'd know better than me because it takes an intense amount of effort for me to read and thoroughly comprehend a book - last time i did that was on breathe by belisa vranich which was frustrtaing looking back on it because only the first 25% is useful and i got like 3X more value out of extending the concepts into practices i figured out from those concepts in the book, and the rest wsa filler so it gave me the impression belisa just ripped the info off of somewhere and marketed it again! Perhaps i become well versed in applying ur info to my mum using ur books and replies/videos as a guide and then add my knowledge and skills for distance energy transfer/crystals/incense/vibration bowl on top of it - wouldn't that be great? Also, do you like the profile picture - it's my favourite, most addictive trick that no one else in teh world has gotten!!

@@SamBelyea scale 1-10 how hard wud u say it is to get the basic zones and methods down so that a person could get creative with applying stuff from other subject areas to them? 1 being like Sonic's "too easy! piece of cake!", 5 being "takes a bit of momentum to get your head around although doable from there" and 10 obviously being rocket science level. I assume it's like a 5. It just takes a lot of commitment and energy and replenishing to learn something right now. Hopefully i can build up enough momentum for this that i can start coming up with really creative and powerful applications to it with basic stuff.
