New Era Square: A landmark Sheffield development

New Era Square has to be seen to be believed. It’s a stunning 21-storey multi-use development right in the heart of Sheffield’s Chinatown, with over 4,000m2 of retail space, 690 student flats and 16 luxury private residences. Working with Bowmer + Kirkland and the architects, Hadfield Cawkwell Davidson, we provided technical support for the entirety of the project’s second phase, ensuring the client’s plans could be safely and effectively brought to life.
This was a demanding project with stringent requirements for aesthetics and performance, so a variety of our products were specified, including ThistlePro MultiFinish plaster and Gyproc DuraLine. The result is a magnificent building with ample space for work, rest and play.
