Over Blade Dust Collection for my Delta 36-725T2 Table Saw using 3D printed parts!

The lack of over blade dust collection on this saw can be frustrating. I'm very often covered in dust and I know it's not great to be breathing in as well, so I set out to come up with something that would take care of the dust collection without too much extra stuff to worry about. So using Fusion and a 3D printer, I came up with a solution that takes care of a vast amount of dust and doesn't require much effort.
I designed an adapter to attach to the stock aluminum bracket that forms part of the blade guard. Designing a component to attach a 2-1/2" dust collection hose and some small plugs to stop a lot of the side airflow has resulted in a very efficient and effective system.
