Seriously? Who would dislike this video? It's not her fault shipping rates went up, but she's giving you options. Excellent video. Thank you for the tips.
I am struggling with shipping also. I recently shipped a 22×22×6 2lb wreath and it was $26 shipping from OH to GA USPS. I can't understand how/why it was more than your example. It's discouraging 😩
Omg...they charged me $56 to go from WI to CA for a box with the same dimensions. I only charged $48 for the wreath and free shipping because Etsy is pushing that. I ate it rather than passing it to the customer. Basically paid someone to take my wreaths. Unless I can find a different solution I'm done selling wreaths online. 😔
KatDelRio agreed. I’m having the same issue. With Covid, many craft shows are cancelled so people are looking online and it’s discouraging. A lady questioned me the other day as to why shipping was more than the wreath.
@@CM0211 Yup. It's crazy right now. So hard for artists/crafters to get by. I'm putting little things online and packing up the rest. Hopefully next year will be better. Best of luck to everyone. ❤
KatDelRio yep we decided to do a community craft show, so we are all setting up in our driveways and listing the house addresses, sites and type of crafts on Facebook. We will see how it goes
Thanks Julie I use Pirateship to ship and I can print the label at home and USPS will pick it up as long as I also ship anything first class with it. Or I can print the label at home and just drop it off at the post office.
I mailed a wreath two weeks ago through USPS retail ground, which was snail mail and took forever to get delivered, had no insurance, but it was a big wreath so the box was 30x30x6 (6 lbs) and it costed me $65 from Houston TX to Fairfax VA 😩 Thanks for the video.. I can concur SIZE MATTERS!
Thank you so much you are a life saver.
Very late post. I'm starting a gift shop. I'm selling wreaths and was wondering about shipping. This has helped me so much. Thank you

I’m having the same issue. Fed ex and UPS are charging pretty much the same price.

Thanks for the information!!! I’m sure it will help others trying to decide their options! 😘
USPS ground doesn’t come with insurance, correct?
I’m not sure on that. I think it does.
