I know the guys in the Malibu, that "364" was actually a 434 SBC. Nova is way underpowered, 450 hp on motor ain't gonna cut it.
If you're ahead and giving it your all, you are not looking over your shoulder all the time. Looking over his shoulder to peddle.
That was a good show no people yelling or getting involved that didn't belong in the decisions just the 4 that needed 2b as far as I'm concerned that was a awesome episode
I hope the young guys gave that gentleman his car back ( live 2 race another day) !!! But it was a good one to see...
Hands down the best episode I’ve watched so far both guys were straight up and they left it all on the track!!! All respect for both of them

Now this was a good show now! Some good racing, good ole boys and a couple fast Chevy's.
Kelly done gave and gave, now it's time for something to come his way instead of just up and giving his ride away..If the old guy can't hang let someone else drive but ya know what I think, I think he's playing em just so he can take that Malibu. He done already lied when he said he's never ran nitrous when his cars already setup for it..
Why does Rich bend over to answer the cell phone 😂😂 also why does he need a cell phone when they have head sets lol

The overbored 350 simply isn't going to make the power of that stroker motor. A big block in the Nova is what's needed. I never liked this head start stuff. Line em up even, first car to the finish wins.
Is there anyway they could have done or added with that 350 motor to beat the other?

I love the races and everything but how do we really know that they give up their car because that car is better than a trophy I would just park here in my garage and look at it everyday
Too bad they never let one of the technical advisors drive the cars before the race. Could've solved 90% of the back and worth that was wrong with this show. They hired smart people and let Rich hold them back. You could see on Nate's face that Malibu was quicker.
No need in someone else driving something that can break and cost thousands to repair.. simple solution is to dyno the car though

i never like bracket raceing at the strip im what you call old school racer head up on a old country road sometime if you beat the guy by 2 cars and they wanted to go again you might spot them 2 to keep it interesting what i never understood on pinks and at the track ( usually high end cars with 5k in parts in the motor some one else built ) the owner has some one else drive thats bs raceing drag raceing is about pride in what you built and how you drive its like haveing a super hot wife and haveing someone else take her to bed because you cant handle her
Only takes about 8 minutes to watch these when you remove the bs not bad.

What kills me is Rich saying "You treed me". A driver can MOST DEFINITELY "Tree" another driver but um, how in the HELL can you tree the damned tree itself?!?! It drives me absolutely BONKERS when he says that!!! He is obviously a HUGE racing fan, but he's not a driver, he's not a tuner, not a mechanic, and knows essentially nothing about the cars! Anyone can flag a race too but it takes a REAL flagger to do it properly and consistently every single time...Rich doesn't. Anyway, I spoke my piece, got it off my chest finally so off the soapbox I come
