Aaj mera 3rd day tha and distal canal mei paper cone jaate hi bohot sharp pain utha mujhe, tab doc bole ki mere distal canal mei ek infection hai jo last sitting mei nhi tha, file ghusane pe bhi dard nhi ho raha tha 2nd sitting mei par aaj woh distal canal mei paper cone push karne se stinging pain type hua, isliye aaj obturation nhi hua, re BMP karke chor diya doc
Doctor kindly suggest,mere second sitting se jawline lock hai, earache hai 😢 nhi pata kya rakkhi hai

Go to the dentist as soon as possible because If the cavity isn't deep yet, a filling will be more than enough

Second sitting temporary filling hoo gyi hai... But ab pain hora hai thoda bhi force lgne pr tooth pr... Stinging type pain hai.... Jaisey ki gueta percha chub raha hoo aisaa Q kya yeh kaam hoo jayegaa
Mera bhi yahi haal hai , jab teeth narve ko clean Kiya ja raha tha to meri jaan nikal ja rahi thi, 2 time Anastasia bhi kaam nahi kiya

Sir hame kese pta chlega k pulp tissue completely remove ho gya h? Because sometimes when i do complete bmp till 4% 25 and i feel k complete ho gya but in next sitting when i put file in the xanal without la pt has pain
Always do BMP with proper irrigation with NaOCL, and always activate your irrigation till you see no muddy appearance, and if you're doing multiple sitting then always put calcium hydroxide in the canal, it's better to put something that'd promote in healing than to leave it empty, and make sure you do apical gauging to prevent debris stuck in the apex
Just 3 days back I ve start an rct...after 1st sitting pain reduced..she came happily for her 2nd sitting after 2 days of gap..after second sitting of her under anesthesia she experienced very severe pain with fever..no painkiller tablet waz working..she got an injection for her pain even she waz taking antibiotics too..I completed BMP at her first sitting with proper working length...I ve also never experience this thing with my patient in my 15 years if working life..I prescribed her antibiotics injections then ..because she had stomach problem too with oral use of medication

सर असल में मेरे साथ दिक्कत यह हुआ कि मैं दांत दिखाने के लिए गया था जिस दांत में दर्द था वह नॉर्मल था उसे ठीक कर दिया गया और उसके बगल वाले दांत में जिसमें कभी दर्द नहीं हुआ था उसको आरसीटी कर रहे है ! तो आज सइंजेक्शन दो-तीन दिया था दो-तीन घंटे के लिए सुन कर दिया गया था! तो हम चाहते हैं कि अभी इस से आगे दूसरा तीसरा विजिट नहीं कराते है तो कोई दिक्कत नही होगा न सर! क्युकी हम सरकारी हॉस्पिटल में गए थे तो वहा से वो dr apne clinck pe bola Jane ke liye to waha ham Gaye to bola rct avi Kara v sakte ho ya nahi v ! Isliye sir aap mujhe bas itna bata dijiye ki 2 nd 3visit nhi karne se koi prblm nhi hoga na !

Pulp necrotic case hi easy hai patient ko pain nhi lagega, acute cases hi problem deta hai
