    This is so scary. I'm extremely nervous coz I have a job interview after an hour and doing the super power pose really helped me relax and be confident. WOW. Will do it again later.

    Trying this as I’m going into a 90 day review that’s been pushed back so many months! I know my boss isn’t the happiest and she hasn’t liked me from the start. This video helped me get in the ZONE and reduced my anxiety going into this meeting. I know my impact and am confident in my work, what will be will be regardless so I don’t need to feel stressed about it. Breath of fire, smile and superwoman pose!!!

    thank you for this. I am in my 40's now and I've never had such little confidence in interviewing. just cant seem to find the words...

    I don't understand the breath of fire bit. Looks like hyperventilating rather than calming down the adrenalin by slow breathing?

    The Ted Talk you refer to is by Amy Cuddy who carried out extensive research on the physiological impact of doing these exercises. Disappointed you didn't reference her work by name.
