We have this unit and I should have read upon it. Thanks for explaining the drying process. I stopped ours because of how long it was taking and the garments were extremely hot. So I suppose that was the steam process
We still use ours for light garments but heavy bath towels don’t drive very well and take way too long so on a nice sunny day we do the bath towels and hang them outside thanks for watching and your comments.
Just bought the same unit but I'm not sure how to use it as far as the washer part as far as the dryer part it does dry well...also not sure if the washer working properly seems it stays without moving unless I open and spin it then it'll spin...then it'll stop again you can hear it moving but the drum doesn't. So haven't seen if normal or ...so I'd like to see doing an actual wash
Hi! Have you had any issues with yours not processing to the rinse or dry session? I bought a used one and went to do a load and it stalls and doesn’t finish 😣
I think I know what you’re talking about we had the issue where when we had heavy towels in the unit it would wash properly nope issues but when I went to the dry cycle it didn’t like the weight or some thing that was happening with a heavy towels and it was stall or stop and then just flash the power light. With anything like like shirts and underwear socks it dries right to a point where you have to take your shirt out and shake it and just hang it up to let it dry completely the last few minutes. Because we spend a lot of our winters in Florida one of the best things that we do as we do a wash and then we have a unit on the back of our RV ladder that we just dry all the laundry out there and it’s fresher and better for the laundry Hope this helps if I can answer any other questions please send them Thanks for watching and your questions and comments
I think that was my problem, I must have overloaded it. Thankfully, the door magically unlocked for a moment and I was able to get all our clothes out. I also took the majority of the water out, but I did leave maybe a half gallon because I wanted to see if it would drain properly. I’m thinking that was a mistake, as now the door is locked again and won’t unlocked, and the unit doesn’t seem to want to spin or drain for me still… any suggestions?
Wondering if I possibly have a drain pump issue… or if I just need to start a cycle from the very beginning, I am nervous if I do that it will only bring more water into the unit and not drain it, which is what happened when the clothes were in there a few times haha My whole evening has been this 😅
@@Kayleerluckey How about this I know it can get messy but if you remove the clothes and just leave the water in the washer then turn it on to drain the cycle that only remove the water from the machine that will tell you that if the problem is with the pump or some other issue that it’s not releasing the water at the end of a wash try that and let me know what you think
@@Kayleerluckey Don’t know if you’ve seen my other comment replying just set it for drain I think it’s one of the options on the knob there and see if it just does the drain by resetting it to just drain

We have not had the issues you are talking about. Our unit does great job washing drying well it won’t do heavy towels but anything else yes.
You should see your clothes moving around on the inside of the washer during the wash cycle, rinse, and the tub will turn during the spin cycle.
