AlfaWolf M cars were never about strict power. That's AMG. M car's have a better chassis, and driving dynamics. The F10 is a better car, then engine also. Just doesn't sound as good, or rev has high.

aww man i'd love to move to Australia. and im about to do a 5-lug swap too. its so hard to find rwd 4x100 wheels. im going to stay with e30 control arms though. i know the e36 control arms are prone to fail way before e30 arms do. and thanks man, im gunna check them out. i need to redo the entire front suspension, rack and pinion included >.

Als in der Formel 1 noch 10 Zylinder verwendet wurden war der Sound in der Tat ähnlich. Deiner Meinung, dass der M5 in puncto Sound keine Chance gegen den GT-R hat, kann ich nicht zustimmen. Habe beide mit super Auspuffanlage gehört und der 10 Zylinder verbläst alles :P Aber ist ja immer persönliches Empfinden.

Well BMWs higher revving motors have tougher components to deal with the higher revs. So it should be just as reliable as any other motor. You dont rev it to redline every time you drive it either. I have an E30 and E36 325i. The E36 i dont rev past 4000 most days, only on occasion ill rev it out to 7000 because it sounds glorious! its got 240,000kms on it too.
