You need some kind of oscillating motion, like a a buffer or oscillating sander. Just not sure how you would then attach an agitator to it. Keep us posted.

I’m thinking 2 circular buckets, One on the inside having holes. And I’m think attach the drill to spin the whole inner bucket,
