I am dealing with panic disorder, frequent panic attacks, I am facing a lot of trouble in my daily life, it makes my life horrible😭, I can't take it any more.. please pray for me, so that I can recover from this hell😢🙏🏻🙏🏻 Update October 2024- thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your prayers. Currently I am taking medical help, because otherwise nothing worked for me, currently taking anxiety medicine, little better than before but not completely fine, keep me in your prayers. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hey Bhai, I'm an Indian from 🇿🇦 South Africa, coming from a half Tamil and half Hindu lineage. But I grew up Christian since a baby. I'm 30yrs now and recently I've been questioning everything about life and religion etc. I've been following Hinduism for the past few years because of my daughter who is special needs. She connects alot with the deity's and is so calm when mantra's are played. A few weeks ago i had an amazingly beautiful dream where I feel like I've been enlightened by lord Shiva's powerful energy in it's highest form, very similar to the colors in my logo... Since then, I found your channel recently and I'm watching all your podcast regarding spirituallity and finding out so much of what I'm going through and experiencing. I have a friend guiding me who is a Lord Krishna devotee. I appreciate her help and i trust her alot with my insites and recent awakening in myself. Please heal my wife from all she suffers. Caughing, high white blood cells eusinofiles, pains in tops of legs nerves and right hand. Please Lord let her to enjoy the life in fullness not in suffffer.
