Establish a national cricket academy. Until we have a national cricket academy with proper coaches and facilities, our cricket won't reach the next level. We will continue to struggle skill wise against good teams. National team ma pugera skills sikne/improve garne hoina. U19 ma pugda samma players should be 99% there skill wise. This is only possible through a proper cricket academy.

Why Nepali batsmen failing to score runs lies just here. They never have been taught how to defend good balls and importance of taking 1's or 2's or change stracks. How can you learning to run without knowing walk. Sad story of Nepal cricket.

Nepalese players lack skill because they go from playing for schools and local academies to U19 to national team. Until they reach U19, they are not trained by decent coaches. This struggle will continue until CAN establishes national and state level academies with good coaches and facilities and talented players are identified and trained early- before they reach U19 level. By the time they reach U19 level, players should be 99% ready skill wise. Hamro case, players are still learning even when they are playing for the national side.
