Holly dying was a great moment in the universe... my favorite scene was after the news clip of Kanan dying. Tommy, Tasha and Ghost was arguing about Tariq being apart of Kanan's set up. It was so real & passionate... like we were watching a real family argue in real time. Not like we were watching the scene of a show. The acting was impeccable!!!

The most amazing thing she stated was "going backward to go forward". As a Serial Entrepreneur this resinates the most, not many people understand the concept of having to "risk all you have" to make it to the next level. Courtney is the classic example. Well played!

To be able to sit and listen to how creative, yet crazy, Courtney's mind works was mind-blowing! She truly has a gift. And the tone she set for the show, cast and crew is why the environment is such a pleasure to in. Yall are really like family. I can definitely see why Michael says Courtney is like another mother and Fif and O are like fathers. From 11 to 21yrs under their guidance and leadership???🤯 I can see why moms said she trust them with her son.

What ghost should've done was pay more attention show more love and attention to Riq he had it all but nothing at the same time. He didn't need the money and the fancy schools he needed attention it all went down hill after the Knicks game Ghost promised him to go to and never made up for it

Courtney is a genius. I love how she talks about Omari and how heavy the Ghost character was for both of them! Oh how i wish it was a season 7 of Power i def woulda loved that story line of Ghost being Lt. Governor and him and Romona start dating. I also would love the story line of Lisa Marie coming back in like season 5/6 of Ghost and having that interaction with Tariq at a older age

What always amaze is the fact that kanas saw what Tariq was capable of way before ghost did. Just shows of ghost was so consumed with other stuff that he missed all the traits Tariq was exuding.

Ghost put all his interests over having a relationship with his son... and that's why he lost him before Kanan met Tariq in S3 Ghost as a father never paid attention to his son he never seen ALL! the stages he went through as a young teen he never realized his neglect for always being with Angela that affected his son though Tasha kept telling Ghost your son is acting out because he needs to feel like he's one of your top priorities Ghost wasn't hearing her... Ghost didn't see how Shawn's death really affected Tariq Ghost didn't see the first 2 stages of his son's sadness which grew even more after Ghost moved in with Angela which broke his mother's heart and that hurt and anger that Tariq felt towards his father was fed into twisted up by Kanan which (INDIRECTLY) played a part with Raina's death but before all that tragedy hit Tariq Ghost never paid attention to Tariq he never watched his son he never understood his son as a father he lost his connection to his son because he was too busy with Angela and because of losing his connection with his son he couldn't see that he lost Tariq after he yanked up and almost beat him for calling her a side bitch that's when Tariq felt his father cared more about Angela than his own son and his family that's when Tariq pain and anger grew into hate that's when Ghost lost his son Ghost also had Dre watching his son as he stalked Angela which created the relationship Dre and Tariq had which was HOW! Tariq met Kanan and the rest was a done deal Ghost missed out on everything Tariq was growing up changing and shifting in a bad light that Kanan corrupted by taking advantage of his vulnerability of not feeling cared about and loved by his father anymore... Tariq had everybody there for him emotional wise besides his own father he had his mother his twin sister his uncle Tommy Dre then last was Kanan and that's the thing that fans ignore if Ghost didn't break his son down both emotionally and physically Kanan wouldn't of never been able too build him back up by the darkness that was inside of Tariq that Ghost's actions all brought out which was shown when Tariq stole Angela's gun and when he almost beat him for the SB comment and though Tasha kept on telling Ghost their son was hurting he never took it serious he never understood his son's pain Ghost never understood his son's anger Ghost never understood his son's shift and IRONICALLY! he was the cause of IT ALL! all of Tariq's negative scorned feeling's that he finally realized when his son was pointing a gun at him for his mother's protection and both of their freedoms from jail and what makes it so sad is Ghost as a father had multiple chances to fix his strained relationship with Tariq he always had a chance to do better he always had a chance to try out something new and to try a different approach but he continued to do the same psychical toxic crazy insensitive cold thing's when it came to Tariq and Ghost like a lot of parents didn't SEE! how he was only pushing his son to a point of no return because it's only so much any person can take dysfunction drives people insane and the more you lose your sanity the more insane you become as a person and that's ALSO! when you become a dangerous person which was shown / portrayed by Tariq's young / mid teen character perspective.
Right. People refuse to acknowledge it. Tasha and Tommy both tried to warn Ghost. He was delusional just as he was in believing he was still in love with some chick from high school. Ridiculous.

I can't stop watching this one interview. As an artist who wants to direct, produce, act etc. This is by far the most informative interview I've ever watched, hands down. Thanks for all of the educational information. Actors just want to act but we sometimes don't understand that it is all out of our control. You can only do what you can with these opportunities if you are so blessed to get them in the first place. Just have fun and a lot of FAITH. Do the work and the rest will come.
