I had just overcame this loneliness, 1 month ago i came to USA, for PhD degree at University of Florida, and went through intense loneliness. But what worked for me was food and music, i still cook something special every Sunday. On the top of it, have started gym which keeps me focused and have a daily schedule. Yes, keep interacting with more people and best thing is to call your childhood or school friend if any.

I live alone in Noida in a small room with attached bathroom. I have a day time job & off on weekends. My parents are back in my home country, Nepal. After 8 years in job, still I couldn't progress much. I am 32 now with dependent parents. We are already from a lower middle class family - we have neither our own house, nor land or any other possessions. Currently, I keep preparing for better job in the weekend & at times, appear for few but still couldn't crack the interview. Just thinking about my current life situation & living throughout the lonely weekend times just seem so heavy sometimes. Basically, as on now, I have nothing left in my life but "Hope". My parents have sacrificed so much for my future but till now, I could not give them the happiness they deserved. I still have hope alive but don't know till when.
I followed your advice and focused on my exam i cleared the written part of the exam in between my patner told me that i was her time pass it was devastating for me i started blaming on myself but your videos taught me that there is nothing more important than your purpose waiting for my interview next year just wish me luck that i will give you good news ❤

I was shattered due to loss of my Mom's demise. Was angry with Almighty. Could not afford to be gloomy due to all kinds of responsibilities but it felt like nothing would help. Started learning music..... gradually it held my hand and made me come on track. This loss always pains and it will pain till my last breath but life has to go on... the right way is not sob sob, at least stay neutral.

Chetan ji you should speak about the loneliness n deep sadness that comes with losing a parent, especially in covid, when we were so helpless n couldn't even have a last look. I lost my most loving n beloved dad, a doctor himself in the second wave and believe me not a day goes by when that hollowness n sense of loss doesn't hit me. Yeh superficial relationships n break up ka loss kya loss hai... not even worth a penny.
I felt lonely and isolated myself.I was not feeling like going out, exploring, sports, talking ,watching anything and just i wanted to sleep. I didn't expected from my parents and siblings that they will betray me along with planning, dirty politics which they did again and again and that broke me badly. On face they behaved differently and off the face they did exactly opposite and purposefully. That made me feel like weather I am the stepson and a lot of feelings. This harmed very badly in my career progression and I stucked for 3 years .Then after the timed passed and I tried avoiding their behavior, dirty and conservative thoughts which made me calm slowly. Now I have moved .Now even after thinking about them i feel less stressed and emotionally stable.

I'm 21.went through depression for 4 months...i take a treatment ,read self help books and now i feel better... So,It's my humble request to everyone who feels sadness for continue more than 2 weeks please do counsel with psychiatrist... the treatment will definitely help you.
Rishi I am happy for you. I am 47 now but at your age I did not know I had depression. Only in 2017 consulted a psychiatrist who started my treatment for depression and anxiety. However in 2022 doc said I had bipolar disorder and earlier diagnosis was faulty.

I have realized that life is full of both good times and bad times.. We must be ready to experience both in a composed manner.. Then we can remain consistent in our creativity and life in totality.. I think to start the day with 1 hour yoga n then evening prayer n bed time 1 hour study can make great difference in our level of thinking n our accomplishments. We have to proactively deal with our sorrows..

Go for a walk! Go to the gym. Listen to music. Go to the temple or other places. Watch UA-cam videos or a movie. Talk with fiends. Of course it takes time to heal.
what works for me is, going for a long walk, like i walk till marina beach if im sad and sitting at beach after long walk gives peace, i often workout during rain in park, i play with street dogs, i sit alone in park for a while till the feeling of loneliness or sadness subsides. It helps me to refocus on my stuff.

Exercise .....Talking to people is just. An instanteous relief .... Conversation over.....Back to hell..... So when feeling low...Just try to be in touch of the nature and fix your routine and focus on self care.....
I used to be like you. When I was 22, I used to think alot about my past and didn't feel like doing anything and guess what, ended up wasted my couple of more years which whenever I look back, regret that I wish I wouldn't have wasted that time and instead learn something at that moment or be involved in something and started earning. The thing is, don't waste your time thinking what happened, what could've happened. Trust me, you keep going and everything will make sense to you why it happened and for what purpose. So what if you don't get placed anywhere, is that it? That'd be the end of you? Always think the worst case scenario and prepare for it. Think that you're not going to be placed anyway so you're gonna start learning new skills in these 9 months related to your field. Things that interest you and see the magic after 9 months. 9 months can get you in a good company in India if you honestly work for that particular job position which you desire.

I went through this phase in my 2nd year, when my crush rejected me, it was my first time, I fell deeply with someone. For the first 15 days, I was not able to concentrate on anything, so what i did, just cutt off from internet spend my evening playing badminton with my friends, went for morning walks and set a clear goal to achieve within 2 month, for me it was Internship. So after that 1 month I still feel somewhat pain but not that much and after that I landed my internship or we can say goal. So thanking good for the same and forgetting about everything. So this things really work, with time everything is settled down. Just keep patience.

I have been facing lots of disappointments from last year in every field, every step still couldn't find any way to resolve the situations, just facing the phase and giving my best to come out from all the difficulties.
I will share with you all one trick which is very fruitful to overcome when an thought disturbs us again an again in an pattern , think that you are sitting on a railway station and as if you are watching trains passing on one by one on station, same way think that thoughts come and go like these passing trains , we don't need to board the train we are just watching trains passing on , likewise we Don't need to stick to thoughts they will come and go like passing trains , Also think you are staring at the sky , and clouds come and go again and again likewise thoughts come and go again an again . In a nutshell Hume jese clouds and trains pass on hote hai wese hamare thoughts ko pass on karte rehna hai , problem tab hoti hai jab hum thoughts ko pass on nahi karte balki usee pakad ke Beth jaate hai. Mujhe toh bohot fayda huva hai iss trick se , dhire dhire apply karo isse aapki life mai, according to learning curve slowly slowly you will start getting results . Mujhe bhi slowly slowly results milne Shura huve the, but I am still applying it day by day in my life when some thoughts disturbs me in a loop or a pattern and improving and getting results day by day. Rishi I am happy for you. I am 47 now but at your age I did not know I had depression. Only in 2017 consulted a psychiatrist who started my treatment for depression and anxiety. However in 2022 doc said I had bipolar disorder and earlier diagnosis was faulty.
@@DoorKaRaahi glad you happy for me sir...in early phase of my depression even I can't understand what's going on with me...then I watch a video of Dr vikas Divyakirti sir on anxiety and I understood I'm suffering with depression..then I consult with doctor,took a treatment,read how important positive thinking is and with the grace of God I recover from this disorder.

I have realized that life is full of both good times and bad times.. We must be ready to experience both in a composed manner.. Then we can remain consistent in our creativity and life in totality.. I think to start the day with 1 hour yoga n then evening prayer n bed time 1 hour study can make great difference in our level of thinking n our accomplishments. what works for me is, going for a long walk, like i walk till marina beach if im sad and sitting at beach after long walk gives peace, i often workout during rain in park, i play with street dogs, i sit alone in park for a while till the feeling of loneliness or sadness subsides. It helps me to refocus on my stuff.
Sir ..many things is not im my favour now , my inner soul is not happy 1 year ago i had a broke up that's why i didn't focused on my studies so i didn't clear exams so i felt everything is over for me nd i did not like anything now ...i will surely try this nd really want to work hard thank u chetan sir ❤

Currently going through this, I'm 21 placement is 9 months away, mistakes of the past haunt me and I feel miserable, wish I could talk to you, Mr. Bhagat. I am not mentally well and I have no one to talk to and no one I can trust.
Exercise .....Talking to people is just. An instanteous relief .... Conversation over.....Back to hell.....
So when feeling low...Just try to be in touch of the nature and fix your routine and focus on self care.....
I used to be like you. When I was 22, I used to think alot about my past and didn't feel like doing anything and guess what, ended up wasted my couple of more years which whenever I look back, regret that I wish I wouldn't have wasted that time and instead learn something at that moment or be involved in something and started earning. The thing is, don't waste your time thinking what happened, what could've happened. Trust me, you keep going and everything will make sense to you why it happened and for what purpose. So what if you don't get placed anywhere, is that it? That'd be the end of you? Always think the worst case scenario and prepare for it. Think that you're not going to be placed anyway so you're gonna start learning new skills in these 9 months related to your field. Things that interest you and see the magic after 9 months. 9 months can get you in a good company in India if you honestly work for that particular job position which you desire.

I went through this phase in my 2nd year, when my crush rejected me, it was my first time, I fell deeply with someone. For the first 15 days, I was not able to concentrate on anything, so what i did, just cutt off from internet spend my evening playing badminton with my friends, went for morning walks and set a clear goal to achieve within 2 month, for me it was Internship. So after that 1 month I still feel somewhat pain but not that much and after that I landed my internship or we can say goal. So thanking good for the same and forgetting about everything. So this things really work, with time everything is settled down. Just keep patience.

I will share with you all one trick which is very fruitful to overcome when an thought disturbs us again an again in an pattern , think that you are sitting on a railway station and as if you are watching trains passing on one by one on station, same way think that thoughts come and go like these passing trains , we don't need to board the train we are just watching trains passing on , likewise we Don't need to stick to thoughts they will come and go like passing trains ,
Also think you are staring at the sky , and clouds come and go again and again likewise thoughts come and go again an again .
In a nutshell Hume jese clouds and trains pass on hote hai wese hamare thoughts ko pass on karte rehna hai , problem tab hoti hai jab hum thoughts ko pass on nahi karte balki usee pakad ke Beth jaate hai.
Mujhe toh bohot fayda huva hai iss trick se , dhire dhire apply karo isse aapki life mai, according to learning curve slowly slowly you will start getting results .
Mujhe bhi slowly slowly results milne Shura huve the, but I am still applying it day by day in my life when some thoughts disturbs me in a loop or a pattern and improving and getting results day by day.
