He didn't mean ACCA or any professional certification like this doesn't hold any value furthermore.
He meant that jobs are getting less for not so difficult tasks (like general accounting and general taxation etc.)
So only ACCA alone won't give you much opportunities, you will need to do further certification of the specific country you are going in (for example CPA in case you are targeting the USA)
Secondly you will have to be good at the softwares he mentioned and you will have to look for those areas where Artificial intelligence generated softwares can't replace you. Areas like Business Analytics and Data Science.
Things are changing so he meant to guide you before time, no need to worry. It's all about rizq and luck.
If you are hardworking and know your concepts well then you can learn all these things he mentioned, it will just take some time but then you will be able to survive in the job market at a good place.
Then he told about jobs not being permanent these days and are on contract basis, that's a separate thing and it's a general thing for most of the fields now. So not an area to worry about.
The point is that the first thing to do is to be competent in your field and the changing job market situation is a thing that comes after that. If you are competent then you can handle further complications by your competency and hard work. Not to worry about it too much before time.

@@moonstar2127 After ACCA go for the professional certification of the country you want to aim for. (for instance, as he mentioned CPA in case of USA)
Then should have a grip on the softwares he mentioned in the video for going in the fields of data science or business analytics which are more in demand compared to general accounting or taxation fields.
Lastly the job market is tough these days generally speaking so adding these skills to your resume and taking these steps for changing job market situations might give you en edge in this competitive job environment.

@@moonstar2127 MBA is a general add on over your ACCA qualification, it may not create a very big impact on your resume. But it can add some value for sure and if you want to pursue it then you can. The bigger impact creators will still be your professional qualifications and rest of the skillset.
