- It features a sleek and attractive design. Its precision and versatility allow quick and easy determination of workpiece zero points and lengths. The probing can be performed in all axis directions (X / Y / Z) with identical resolution. As soon as the pointer shows "0", the spindle axis stands precisely on the workpiece edge. The protection of the measuring unit is of topmost priority. For this purpose, large travel paths, limited by mechanical stops, have been integrated into the probing unit. The probing unit tip has a breaking point that is mounted near the top. If your 3D probes are damaged by the effect of an external force, a simple repair is economically possible.
As a machinist I've dreamt of this taster for years! Everytime I tell myself that I'm going to purchase this product SOMETHING always comes up. Beautiful!

Привет, подскажите пожалуйста как настроить длинный щуп с шариком 6мм, ведь деление на данном тестере всего 1.5мм

@@Tschorngmbh ссылку посмотрел и это всё понятно спасибо, не понятно другое, при шарике 3мм делаем 1.5 оборота тестера и стрелки становятся в нули, то есть маленькая стрелка на границу зелёной и Красной
(на которую заходить не рекомендуется) большая соответственно в ноль. Если мы берём шарик 6мм в случае как у меня (запасной) тогда нам надо сделать три оборота большой стрелки тем самым мы заходим 1.5мм в Красную зону что категорически запрещено так как щуп будет сломан. На моём тестере в Красной зоне 1.3мм можно выжать дальше срабатывает упор. Вот и ломаю голову. (((❓КАК (((
@@user-br9pn4uj8e the difference between 3mm ball and 6mm ball is exactly the change of the length, that's why I showed you the link and the picture - this si simple geometrics. On the gauge you just need to move until the small indicator shows 0 and the big indicator shows 0 - then you have reached your edge / position exactly. Between 3mm and 6mm ball is no change in usage - it's always 0 and 0 to get the position.
