They should make a reward "1 free level" or 2 and they can be same ratity as the perm kit and if ur max level you get player level instead and if ur max player level (somehow) you can get a boost on the next season battle pass of 30% for 3 days and doesn't go down when ur offline or in afk area or just refund you the crate.
BTW the chances of getting a kit is really low, so jf you do, then your really lucky!
