Bob, what a coincidence! I am actually a graduate of Notre Dame in their PhD programme. Studied there from 1986 to 1992. My interest in ham radio began there sparked by a Franciscan priest hall colleague from Cincinatti. In 1992 I purchased a KWM2A from a retired US Army Colonel living in the West of Ireland. It was on the air from then until 2004. Since then it has been in storage. So I'm in the process of taking my courage in my hands and doing a full restoration.
Really appreciated this video. First time I ever seen a clear explanation of the tune up procedure on these old tube rigs. Keep 'em comin'! Donal. Ireland. Happy St. Patrick' s Day!
Donal Thank you ! and you have a great St Patricks day .By the way we live 20 miles from Notre Dame university home of the fighting Irish and are fighting Irish fans 73 BOB
