- ChatGPT just introduced one of the most useful updates that I think it’s much more useful than people realize and I want to show you a very practical use case for it in this video.
Here is the update: “You can now bring GPTs into any conversation in ChatGPT - simply type @ and select the GPT.
This allows you to add relevant GPTs with the full context of the conversation.”
Currently, in order to use a GPT that you made or a public one, you’ll have to go and find that GPT and have the conversation inside of that GPT. All the context and chat history is limited to that GPT.
With this update, you don’t have to actually use any GPT outside of the regular GPT-4 chat.
This current limitation is almost all GPTs were designed to work in a silo. They don’t communicate well with each other. But if you make a suite of GPTs with this use case in mind, you can think of it as a workflow.

Attention to a critical issue with chat.openai! Recent policy changes have led to significant risks in team management and data security. Now, every team member can invite new members without administrative approval, opening wide possibilities for abuse and sabotage. This not only poses a data security threat but also paves the way for uncontrollable increases in team maintenance costs due to the inability to track who has been added and by whom. Basic management and security tools, such as notifications about new users or invitation filters, are missing. This situation would make an excellent topic for your video, drawing wide audience attention to the problem, especially considering that openai support is not responding to user inquiries.

I got it nearly a week ago. With 50 pinned GPTs (almost all private), the multiple uses back and forth are GOLD.
Just changing the GPT and saying "What's your take?" or "Now can you work your magic?" or "let's bring this all together" instead of a big intro or a new chat...One of the best features I've been waiting for.

Hello. I need help with the Team plan. How can I find out which Member sent an invite to other users? Notifications about this don't come to the Owner and Admin. And there's no option to disable the ability for Members to send invites. One incorrect invite can turn into a huge bill at the end of the month when participants invite just anyone. How can this be fixed? Perhaps this is an idea for one of your videos...

I’m loving teams. I created multiple GPTs today and created this video without running out. I always ran out before even when I was making one GPT. The context window hasn’t made a difference. If you find yourself running out of credits often, I think it’s worth the money

There isn't a reliable way, at least not yet, for other GPTs to figure out what other GPTs are available to a user. So with the current state one cannot build GPTs that require the presence of other custom GPTs. An then there's the concern of not being able to use some of these features while turning off history (which is the only means for non-enterprise users to prevent OpenAI to snoop into your data).

The couple of videos I saw were showing how to try and use this with public GPTs and showing that it basically doesn't work very well. The real power is using GPTs you create and actually design them with this update in mind and use it in a practical way.
@@SkillLeapAI That is true, I am hoping they have some kind of drop down hamburger menu on the left so you go through all you have and the ability to remove ones that you don't use. Or even better something like ComfyUI were you can chain a workflow together for like you showed thumbnail image creator with a text description. Hope they organize things better soon with their GPT store as well.
