I think there are certainly more risks than benefits when it comes to fluoride. I like to use a coconut oil based or a xylitol based toothpaste. These protect the teeth and gums beautifully without any questionable side effects.
Hopefully it’s under 20 grams xylitol over that can be dangerous for children and xylitol has been known to bother little tummies with gas and diarrhea.
A suggestion for all 3 to share would be a friendship bracelet kit. They would all love that
