This was her last performance before she's been kicked out, it was obvious that she only had interactions with the few members that always been close to her, like Yoona and Sunny.
It's best not to assume the members had anything to do with it until the eventual truth comes out. In a big team you're bound to get along better with some than others, but that doesn't mean she was on bad terms with some of the members during her exit. Sica will always be SNSD. And the fact of taeyeon being the leader and then saying that there wasn't a leader makes everything fall in place. Sooyoung always had this character and menacing manners underneath a joke/comedian persona, and knowing how weak taeyeon is mentally it wouldn't surprise me if she was influenced by sooyoung. Also I remember taeyeon saying that when she was the leader she had nightmares introducing the group outloud while asleep, that's a symptom of being intimidated and exhausted. In the end I think that taeyeon unfortunately got hit the most of hate when she was just scared of someone threatening her. Taeyeon was a victim as much as Jessica was.
