@@DailyAtomicSteps there are good ways to use music. During the intro and outdo while leaving the middle with no music might be a good choice.
And any time you’re talking, you should be ducking the music track.
Look up some creator videos on how to best use music in a how to video.

      Hi, "magic marcell".
Yeah. I will absolutely use background music in future videos (because it is technically necessary). But I will lower it [as other people have also mentioned] (and if you watch recent videos, you can see that I've lowered it).

What a great Video. I like such a format way better, than just the usual "sit-down-and-talk"-stuff which is regurgutating the same and same superficial stuff over and over again and afterwards nothing will change anyways...
But you gave a very good usual "key" (sry, englisch isn't my forst language), whith which I know far better how start action! I know these kind of videos are much more work, but I really appreciate it! I have a question: Do you do this with new papers for every goal and every week? Because, one can have the goal finishing the master thesis and getting slimmer and more sporty at the same time as me? So that menas, my visual state would look very different for the goal "being fit".

    • @DailyAtomicSteps
      @DailyAtomicSteps  Рік тому

First of all, I should appreciate your kindness for leaving comment and giving feedback. It really gives me a lot of motivation.
      But about your question:
Your goals don't usually change every week. So you do this system once and you plan your habits. So you don't need to plan your habits every week (because your goals don't change each week)

I think you can definitely have control over 2 times:
      - You can have "Early in the Morning Time" (you can wake up earlier) [Maybe 1 to 2 hours].
      - And Evening Time (For example, you can sleep one hour after getting home to become fresh and get some energy and after that you can have evening time as well) [Maybe 2-3 hours].
But early in the morning is really the best one.

For example, in the beginning, it was deliberate. But If you could give some additional feedback it will really help for improving it in future videos.

      I have set these volumes:
      When I'm speaking: 20
      When B-Rolls are shown: 45
When Overhead camera shots are displayed: 30
And until the 55th second of the video, the volume is deliberately a little bit higher.
