Well done bro! Always remember with anxiety, it is only YOU who feels it.....not the people around you. So if only you feel it...YOU control it! I used to suffer with panic/anxiety attacks in my early twenties. It does get better and if you work on it, it goes away completely. If certain things make you anxious...do them more and more and more! At first you will feel like you are having a heart attack, but try to stay put. If you have to leave, always try again and again! Good luck friend.

And recently I've had few panic attacks that were really scary. I'm originally from Iran but when I see your videos I get anxiety lol too much going on. And last question: how do you endure long flights?
I went to Goa in 1991 first time, mostly local people were managing tourism then, they were nice. I have been to Goa few times after that, now mostly outsiders are there and many cheat tourist.
