Story of Tuhin - Suffering from Cerebral Palsy | Cracked JEE Main 2020 by Writing through his Mouth

- The true inspiration and living example of overcoming struggle & adversity, ALLEN Career Institute’s Tuhin Dey has fulfilled his lifelong dream by clearing JEE Main with AIR 438 and securing a place in the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) Shibpur, West Bengal, to study Information Technology.
Suffering from Cerebral Palsy, Tuhin’s hands and feet lack movement; only his head portion above the neck moves. However, he never let this disability come in the way of his dream. Hailing from Midnapur, West Bengal, Tuhin joined ALLEN, Kota, and studied with complete dedication and commitment. He learned to operate mobile and laptop from the mouth and even trained himself to write with the mouth.
Tuhin proved his academic excellence by excelling in school exams while also being the NTSE scholar. He is even well-versed in programming languages like C, C++, Java, and HTML. He won several awards from the West Bengal State government. Tuhin even bagged the Best Creative Child Award in the year 2012 and the Exceptional Achievement Award in 2013 by the Ministry of Human Resources. Both these awards were given to him by President Pranab Mukherjee.
Throughout his journey at Kota, ALLEN rendered all possible support to Tuhin. He was given a separate table-chair in the class to facilitate his seating with the normal children; there were helpers to take him to the class and bring back. ALLEN even assisted in his treatment through neuropathy which did at a renowned hospital in Mumbai.
Tuhin, and his parents, are extremely thankful to ALLEN, its Directors, faculties, and staff members for their unconditional love, support, and care at every walk. For Tuhin, his unparalleled success is all because of ALLEN.

Tuhin show us that nothing is impossible in life to achieve if we want but today some students complaints that jee exam is very hard exan which we cant crack but tuhin is the great example for those students.So we must focus on our goals while complaining that others have more resources than me.
