I have known him since club days, from rich family and an educated background, I couldn't understand why he has done this
I'm those times 2010-2009 many pak cricketers were involved in such incidents.
I was literally amazed that after winning 2009 icc wt 20 they removed younis from captaincy later it was found that all this was done to ensure such acts are done smoothly.
Unfortunately this incident came in the spot light and hence they were caught.
Pak should punish their tainted cricketers instead of making them as heroes so as to stop such horrific events.

Salman Butt - (obviously guilty )and served prison time in UK , does not come across as an intelligent person. He did the act and now does not even defend himself vociferously. In western culture-if you don’t make eye contact - you are not trust worthy . Here he is looking away, seeking permission from tour manager to answer straight forward questions about Salman himself. His body language is. Clear give away that he was involved. Contrast this with his interview in Pakistan after serving prison time in UK. He appears Suave and shrewd because the audience are Pakistani public and few journalists. His confidence is high , story is well rehearsed and he says his only mistake is to not to report . He is trying to get away - and is hoping that he will be back in team and one day captain as well.
It was salman butts fault for everything. He trapped Mohhamad Amir to this check the video by typing in interview with Mohhamad Amir after jail. He tells you everything. After one year Pakistan have beat most of the team infront of them and Amir should be back in the team after his ban then become one of the best teams in cricket today. Un-educated people would say pakistani are all spot fixers and use racism towards the country.

Salman Butt had a look at that reporter at the end of the answer in a ...........(don't know what you call that)...........way.
@MrNomidada And I think its best if we wait till the investigations are over..i would keep my comments to myself until a conclusion has been made. You can talk all that you want about them, but if they come clean, it will be bad on our parts..so lets wait till the decision has been made =)

@jangli70 : this is stupid ... an innocent person wouldn't think twice before saying "I haven't done anything and I am not involved ..." it is clear that Butt is trying to dodge the question and there's something fishy ... talking in English and facing journalists is not the criteria ... we need honest people ...
