Hi, unfortunately, for all forms of Visa, a Blocked Account is compulsory. What can you do is, instead of 1 year , you can make the account for 6 months with half the money if that is manageble. If i was in your situation, i would do the hardwork for information collection myself and refrain from involving any consulting company.
