worst leave I remember well is 4-7-9-10, driving straight thru 1-3-5-8 and never touching anything else in back. Track Theorem looks like a nice line for performance, probably a nice step down from an Archetype. Great comparison to see different reactions from Hybrid/Pearl perspective.
I've left the greek church towards the end of our sport league, which isn't odd in and of itself. But what was weird was I left it in the 10th frame, picked it up, and then left the 5-6 split on my fill..
I wasn't big on the pearl balls. I used a Black Widow 2.0 and loved it, but I found a Korean Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid Pearl and its fantastic. I also use a Jackal Ghost, I might just pick up a Crimson now.
i think i started out with a mostly pearl ball when i first started using real bowling balls (brunsiwck twisted fury and tf. destruction.) i bought a stealth hybrid because i was kinda drunk and the core shape looked extremely appealing to me, knocked the shine off, and it hits like a friggen nuke. if it touches the headpin its pretty much always a strike, otherwise it takes out like 8 or 9 pins regardless of where it hits. worst leave i've done is all 10, clubbed my ankle with the ball and sent it in to the gutter. done this twice now.
Weirdest leave as a right hander is a light pocket 6 pin. I never left one bowling from the 70s to 2001. Since starting back a couple years ago, I have left it a handful of times.
Last week, I left the 1, 3, 4, 7, 10 and then 7, 8, 6, 10 followed by the old 4, 6, 7, 10. I took down the last two spares, but missed the 7 pin on the first.
Pearls are great, but when it’s no friction down lane, it’s going to just slide like a car on ice. Hybrids on the other hand blend out both the pearl and solid of the ball and as a result, it causes the ball to read better vs just a pearl that won’t do much until there is friction down lane.

Different strokes for different folks
As a fellow lefty, I left the 1,7,10 before.

3-4-6-9, the 3-4-7-9, and the 7-9-10 all of those were caused by super sharp motion

Cool video talk tech bowling ball Jr pro shop
1,5,7,10 was nuts for me. Got the 1 ,7,10 but left the 5!
I had the complete opposite reaction with my hybrid. Mine's super sharp in the backend.
probably got more revs than him
and could be a different pattern
I'm lefthanded. I left the 1-7-9-10 and picked it up. I threw the head pin to the right side of the 10 pin and so on.
I left a 5,7,10 twice a couple weeks ago. In all my years I don't think I'd ever done that
