Homeowner was STUNNED how nice their yard is and she cant believe I did it for FREE
Last week I took care of the back yard but since I ran out of day light I promised her that I would be back this week to care for the front yard. Still she insist on paying me for all the work I did but I turned it down. At the end she was very pleased on the results

Helping there worked as a double-boost, you promised to work, showed up to work and did a nice job...twice. Good double cut, that type of grass seemed to need it. Agreed with the extra tree branches removed, the utility company and anyone mowing will thank you. Edging and gutter cleanup made it look good. Nice bit of progress.

I think its the braking mechanism. Its old so im sot sure if its normal, I oil it once a month
