@@bradrosenston2394 Fat is not the same as being weak, you can be really strong and muscular with a high fat content.
Bodybuilders have low fat whereas powerlifters are usually stronger but tend to have more fat. Vik isn't obese or anything so he's focusing on gaining muscle and he does look a lot better than before. A few months back my guy looked like the wind could blow him away.
