@Ankhtowe missing out on upgrading the curse to get an extra hearts makes it double inefficient, tho in this case taking the 3rd upgrade for hearts does have a merit in fire rate making it not that much inefficient.
@@_Znvy Honestly hit or miss. When the goal is just "live long enough for curse to kill everything", you lose very little from taking survivability instead. Curse is a highly atypical ability for the genre.

Taking extra hearts is playing to lose because the waves get better each time but you dont become stronger on a round you take an extra heart
Ordinarily that's true, but not in this case, because the curse is the only thing actually killing enemies and it kills them in one hit regardless.
