SILENT WHALE WATCHING FROM TROMSØ
The Brim Explorer Silent Whale Watching Tour season in Tromsø, Norway lasts from 1st of November until the 31st of January.
Departure is at 8:00 (in front of "The Clarion, The Edge" hotel) and the duration of this Whale Watching Tour departing from Tromsø, Norway is 8 - 9 hours and the ticket price for Adults (17+) is 1490 Norwegian Kroner, Youth (12-16) 1190 NOK, Student 1190 NOK, Child (3-11) 990 NOK and Infant (0-2) 0 NOK. Check the Brim Explorer website for up-to-date prices of for the "Whale Watching Tours". The highlights of this Whale Watching Tour are of of course (if you are lucky, nature can be unpredictable) the sighting of Orcas (also called Killer Whales) and Humpback Whales and the magnificent snow covered mountainous landscapes found in the Arctic Fjords of Norway!
During October to March Brim Explorer also offer two other types of fjord cruises departing from Tromsø Harbour, just in front of "The Clarion, The Edge" hotel.

I visited Tromso in August of 2023 and had a great time, it never got dark, 24 hours sunlight. I love to visit in the winter to see the Northern Lights and also Whale watching. Price seems very reasonable for the cruise considering its Norway. Great video

Just came back from a visit to Lofoten yesterday. The coastal regions of northern Norway really are something else. You must see it for yourself. There's no way around it. By the way, Frydenlund and Nordland are my favourite Norwegian beer brands.

I have to watch this again , we were meant to have done this over Christmas last year but with the loss of my dad we decided to spend Christmas at home with mum , so I’m about to book this tonight as this is amazing and have never forgotten this video and even the company stayed in my head 😊

I love seeing Orcas in there natural habitat and not in SeaWorld that is CRUEL for the extremely intelligent Orcas where they stay in a family it's nice to see them being FREE in the wild where they belong and I pray soon all Orcas can be FREE like this thank you all for being respectful to the Orcas they are Beautiful

Amazing simply amazing . What an experience to see these beautiful creatures in there homes and something myself and mags are so passionate about . I’ve already gone on the website and taken a look and it was actually cheaper than I thought it would be . The experience was absolutely incredible, we had a spectacular day and would do this trip again in a Heartbeat! Even if we had not seen the whales the trip would have been worth it just for those awe inspiring landscapes! As one of our Norwegian Instagram followers put it, much of "The Norsk Mythology" descends from the Norwegian landscape. Lt surely must be an experience and views long to remember. I had been a week or two ago in the Hermanus-area (southern point of Africa) which is known for whale-watching, but nothing doing. I assume they migrate as the weather changes.
It was an incredible experience Dirk! If we get the chance to do it again we would do it in a heart beat!! Our family used to have a summer house in Pearly Beach, close to Gaansbai so I (Maxi) know Hermanus and the whale spotting place there too. My parents have been there and seen whales but not me! As far as I have heard (been told) there is a man that stands and blows a horn when the whales are sited! The whales do migrate and are in Tromsø from November to January before moving on.
