भारत संविधान का कानून भारत मे किसी भी धर्म के कानून से ऊपर है। सेक्युलर का अर्थ ही है धर्म निरपेक्ष होना अर्थात धर्म को प्राथमिकता नही बल्कि सभी धर्म बराबर है।

सुविधानुसार कानून की व्याख्या संविधान सम्मत नहीं होना चाहिए,जब चाहे भारतीय क्रिमिनल पैनल कोड माने ,चाहे जब शरिया। शरिया कानून के अनुसार महिला से छेड़छाड़ करने पर पत्थर मारने का नियम है फिर लव जेहाद करने वालों को यही सज़ा मिलना चाहिए, यहां भारतीय क्रिमिनल लॉ क्यों? इसीलिए सीसीए आवश्यकता है।

Reversal of Shah Bano case by Rajiv Gandhi govt was definitely done under Muslims pressure and continuing appeasement politics. This decision of Supreme Court will prove to be a milestone judgement for oppressed Muslim women.

भारत संविधान का कानून भारत मे किसी भी धर्म के कानून से ऊपर है। सेक्युलर का अर्थ ही है धर्म निरपेक्ष होना अर्थात धर्म को प्राथमिकता नही बल्कि सभी धर्म बराबर है।
SC should have strike down that law of 1986! But it took the non-controversial route!
