Tajine marocain aux poulet, fèves et petits pois, Moroccan tajine with chicken, beans and peas.

Je vous présente aujourd'hui l'incontournable de la cuisine marocaine.
Un tajine plein de parfum.
Tajine de poulet, fève et petits pois bien aromatisé
.
Les ingrédients :
👉👉
Pilons .
Petit pois.
Fèves.
Oignons vert.
Tuges de coriandre.
Un citron confit.
👉👉Pour la marinade
L'ail.
Gingembre.
Sel.
Poivre.
Une cuillère à café de:👇👇
Curcuma.
Cumin.
Coriandre.
Paprika.
Herbes aromatique :persil et coriandre.
Recommandations :👇👇
Comme tout les tajine, le feu doit être tres doux.
Faire attention au sel, le citro confie est déjà salé.
Laissez mariner toute la nuit au frais,sinon au minimum deux heures.
Les tiges de la coriandre au fond de tajine pour plus de parfum et pour que la viande ne colle pas au fond de tajine.
