Great video. So glad you also explained how to secure two boards and inflatables. I have one hardboard and one inflatable. Your video covered every question I had. Can't wait to try this technique out! Thank you for all the details!
My inflatable SUP blew up so I bought a hard board and was so apprehensive about loading it on top of my car (no arm strength here 😅), but the flip move is genius! Tks for making this!!
Thank you so much for your video. Very informative that shows how one easily move the board from floor level to top of the vehicle. Many videos just show the strapping on.
Nope. I'm not putting my board on my new SUV like that! Other options? I have a roof rack but it also doesn't roll, they are flat. . . Pushing my boards like that into them will be stopped or damage the grip foam on the board. Other options??
You can ask long as there isn't an antenna or other sharp objects in the way. Make sure you really get it tied down tight. You might need to put foam blocks or pool noodles underneath if needed. ☺️
Can inflatables be stored and/or transported fully inflated? During the summer I’d like to save some time by leaving my board pumped up but not if it’s going to damage it
Just be careful, when there are very hot condition don't inflate your board completely (e.g 15psi which is the max recomended-iflate it at 11psi) because is more than possible it will blow up... Unfortunately I had an experience like that at the recent past!
Do you have any videos on a typical "load out" for your PFD? Like some people say we have to have a whistle, blunt knife, maybe even sun block, water proofed cell phone case for pics others??? Load out for quick trips vs, way out there in sticks...Also recommends for PFD, NRS etc...

This technique is very effective and safe. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much for this video! Now let me go and try it ;) Cheers all the way from Norway!
Great tutorial! You make it seem so easy. Any tips on getting it down from the roof rack?
Thank you
What are those rollers on the crossbars and where to get them?
Nope.

I’ve seen people put foam padding over the roof rack so the board has cushioning. Do you sell those?
Here is a link to the kind of foam pads I have in the video. 😊 amzn.to/45FGdwp
Thank you for this tutorial! Can you load a isup with side rails only? I do not have cross bars.

Yes they can be! We leave inflatables full inflated all summer. I recommend checking the air pressure occasionally though. ☺️

Any tips to prevent the straps from vibrating or rattling on the board as you go above 30 mph from the wind?
Yes, twist them once or twice. ☺️

@@northwestpaddleboarding5343 Thank you so much and have a great summer!
What is the roller device you show on your rack?
They are just rack pads to protect the deck pad on the board. ☺️
@@northwestpaddleboarding5343 Oh, it looked like there were actually white rollers that...rolled when you pushed the board onto the roof.
@@Ketchum412 Nope! But those rack pads do act like rollers!
She's cool.. Gf material.
How far apart are your crossbars?
I'm not sure how far apart these were but typically cross bars should be around 24-36 apart.
she said rope...lol......good video though!!!!
Thank you
