Chuck McCann provided voices for most of the male characters including the Chief and the villains. McCann was a kid show host based in New York City in the 1960's.
Surprising that Bob Kane was involved with this bumbling but brave character. And he didn't have to cheat Bill Finger out of a credit for it (not that Al Brodax would let him.) Bob McFadden's voice sounds a bit different from his "Mummy" voice of 1959 & His "Snarf" voice of the 1980's.
