Horses are one of the most iconic animals for human history, and we are sure thanks to them there was a huge impact on the development of our civilization as a whole, but today is not about that.

None of the American Pitbulls that attacked a horse were very sorry about it, not even the one that got sent flying. This is what they were bred to do. They were bred to take on large animals like bulls and wild boar for hunting and on farms. Even when they were thrown over 10 feet in the air and landed, they would go back in to try to get the bull under control. A Pitbull being very sorry about attacking a horse just because it was kicked would be like a border collie being very sorry for herding a sheep just because the sheep bucked the dog or a husky being very sorry it is pulling a sled because it tripped while pulling and got injured. Yes, they may be in some pain, but they do not regret the very think they are hardwired to do. And rest assured that they would do it again if they are given the chance.
