I was worried the few seconds of the video, until I saw that there's a platform near that the dog can jump on. I love animals, especially dogs. I have two of my own and they are like my children, but this video is really funny. If my dog ever has a moment like this, I'd dearly post it here on youtube too, to share a laugh or two to everybody. Seriously, stop saying this is cruel, it's not!
my first reaction was LOL! :D Then I thought, where is this place? at 0:15 you can see that there is a concrete fence low enough for the dog to jump over.. what's it doing in the water? >_

The closest flood related news I have come to know about is the flood in Thailand, which is devastating to the point till people in the capital are affected. People and animals have to be evacuated from their homes. The world is widespread so you don't expect everyone in the world to know about the current situation of every other country. But one thing in common we all have is that we are all facing freak weather;climate change.

it's not being cruel if you're just taking precautions and besides some films like these often get caught coincidentally so stop hating... you want him to save the dog without even thinking about his safety first besides its not everyday you see this kind of events :)
ok here's my opinion on this video... whoever took this video probably doesn't own the dog you can see it on the dog's reaction.. secondly i don't think its been standing there for several hours i just find that hard to believe coz if you look closely it is NOT even shivering at all maybe a few minutes i don't think so.. 3rd the guy who's filming this is probably in his right mind coz that dog is hostile u can be sure of that at the end of the video you can hear it growling which is a bad thing
@stradivary02 maybe you are right however askal dogs are thin and have some skin rashes.. based on the vid,, the dog looks healthy so if that is really an askal,, the owner must save the dog from the flood... and the uploader doesn't look like a pinoy
