but all Fossibot F2400 is not connected with grounding in USV pass through mode. This is dangerous, because full electricity from house is going through a faulty toaster for example to the body to ground. This isn't allowed in many many countries. No grounding on USV ....all ecoflow were recalled. Fossibot won't give information about this dangerous problem

Have any of y'all had issues with the 2400 system just clicking off or resetting one or 2 times a day? I have mine hooked up in my living room. I am have my tv,sound bar and 2 led light strings and a android TV box hooked to it. For a total of about 85 watts with everything on. Only 20-25 watts with everything off. While watching a show. The fossibot will just randomly click. Everything plugged in goes off acting like it's been unplugged from the wall. I have it plugged into the wall for pass through power . As well as hooked to a solar panel.
Hi Mario, you pronounced my nick correctly :) I received answer from Fossibot support on this behaviour, they replied within 24 hours but the answer was short : "Yes, the situation is normal" and you are correct that one can be "shocked" as I stated to measured the voltage at the power plug after I felt a (minimal) shock.

@@ktylxy1 not sure what you mean by that. As soon as you plug in the power you also plug in the ground connection. That is if your power supply is grounded of course which it normally is. At least when you are on-grid or in a "proper" off-grid setup.

I get the idea that the most of the times people promote this powerstation, they are offered this powerstation. I've been thinking multiple times that it could be well possible that they (not attacking fossibot at all, but especially thinking about other brands!) send out good units to these people and send lesser units with for example non sinus waves, or other battery types to other normal clients. So thanks for maybe helping me out on this one! What about your one year review about experience? Other strange things happened or everything is fine? Also what I'm curious about, is that I would leave the input power charging cable on all the time, even plugged in to an extension cord (the type you see people with electrical lawn mowers with. Since I want to use it in my van, even while using solar or anything else. The question I have is, would that be "risky" ? Want to buy the device still this week, or maybe another one if another good promotion kicks in. Thanks!
Hi there, I've definitely bought all the Powerstations I've tested with my own money and nobody ever offered me a special discount or anything like this. I can understand your scepticism but I would definitely not expect any half-decent brand to ship different products to reviewers. I can see them selecting a good model within the normal variance but definitely no basic differences like battery chemistry or completely different inverters. Pre-production models can be different but once a product is launched this would be far too risky for them in my opinion. As for my experience with the Fossibot I still like it very much but only used it in a quite limited way as I have multiple Powerstations as well as a full-size battery system for my house. I'll have a camper soon but also there I'll put in a larger system based on a server rack battery. This will also come as a future video 😄. Keeping your Fossibot permanently plugged in will disable the solar charging if you're talking about the charging input. The wall charging according to my tests has priority and as long as it's plugged in you won't be able to charge from solar. So maybe pit a switch in between to only turn the power on when needed. I've probably not made myself very clear I will definitely not always have it plugged into the power since it will be mostly in the van. However I meant that the power cable will always be plugged in, at least that's what I wanted to do. So that if there's no solar power and the rare occasion comes that we're in a camping, I can just charge it with the camping electricity. Without having to take the powerstation, getting it out of place and changing the cables etc. etc. Since it's quiet heavy and the space in the van is limited this seems like the most easy thing for me. @@MyAapjes Hi. A simple on/off switch to interrupt the line. Just so there can't be any power on the plug. Just keep it on the end of the extension cable and turn it on when you use it for charging. Well, many are. It completely depends on the electric design of the unit. Although it's not dangerous in this case it still could shock and scare people.
This was crap. It arrived and did not charge from the wall even after following the troubleshooting. Support is hard to access too. Luckily I did it through Amazon so I'll get my money back

I have also about 107V AC between ground and either of the L or N lines on the input when the AC output is switched on

Most refrigerators and washing machines have the same voltage on their case and ground untill ground cable is connected
