It's about christ rising from the dead

the chorus is the Paschal Troparion (main chant for Easter) in the Eastern Orthodox Church; its translation is as follows:
"Christ is risen from the dead,
      trampling down death by death,
and upon those in the tombs,
      bestowing life!"
the other refrains are verses from either Psalm 67 [68 for most Bibles] or other kontakion hymns, but I am guessing it is Ps.67 in the video. I tried to research it but I don't know for sure, as I don't speak Arabic. But the lyrics are the same for all Orthodox Christian Pascha services even if the chant style is different.
Usually they only sing one verse from the Psalm, then the Paschal Troparion again, etc:
[refrain first, in this video, but usually not in church]
"Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered, let those who hate Him flee from before His face!"
      [Christ is risen...]
"As smoke vanishes, so let them vanish, as wax melts before the fire!"
      [refrain]
"So let the sinners perish before God, but let the righteous rejoice!"
      [refrain]
"This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it!"
      [refrain]
"Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever and unto the ages of ages, amen!"
(i'll also add that this is where, in this recording, the background vocals go quiet and the lead singer (Father Peter) sounds more like he's speaking with much gravity)
      [refrain]
the singers in this video also sing the Greek lyrics in Arabic chant, which sounds like this:
      "Christos anesti ek nekron,
      thanato thanaton patisas,
      kai tis en tis mnimasi,
      zoïn charisameno!"
